About me
My name is Caroline Kenny and I’m a senior at Wellesley High School.
I have been working with metal since 8th grade, but it wasn’t until I was selected for my school’s metals intensive program in my junior year that I began to construct my series of works centered around self-reflection through music. Creating art in an independent environment has given me new ways to express myself and take risks in my art that I may not have been confident enough to try in the past. Being in a class with students who are as dedicated to this art form as I am has been very rewarding. I’m so grateful to be a part of such a unique program in a state where only a few metals studios exist.
Outside of the studio, I enjoy live music, going to Boston Bruins games, lunch dates with friends, and being Taylor Swift’s biggest fan.
